I am a Global Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Mentor with over 14 years experience working in organizations in more than 30 countries worldwide. I believe that everyone has the possibility to be different, to do things in another way and to be more connected, inspired and motivated in their work. My experience of working with over 1,000 leaders from a variety of industries has proved this to be true. But before we move on let's be clear about what coaching is.
What is Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we're striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
Coaching is not:
- Psychotherapy or counselling.
- Consulting or advice giving.
- It is not so much focused in the past as focused on the future.
